Post Study Work Visa (PSW)

Today UK Government has announced Post Study Work Visa for International students once they have completed their Degree programmes in the UK. Students completing their Degree programmes in Summer 2021 will be eligible to apply for PSW visa after they have completed their degree course, the University sponsor will have to be on the list of Tier 4 Sponsor’s list and have Compliance status.

Existing International students have raised their voices to avail the opportunity of post study work visa but the home office has commented saying existing students studying at UK Universities were not expecting this change to come and therefore will not be able to take advantage of the psw visa if they will be completing their courses before Summer 2021.
